Chapel Allerton Pilates Reopens

Chapel Allerton Pilates reopens

Studio to Reopen Monday 3rd August 2020

We are excited to let you know that we will be gradually re-opening the studio from Monday 3rd August.

The opening will begin with selected 1-2-1 clients and pilates gym sessions. In September we will reintroduce reformer classes.

Mat and Springwall Classes

At present social distancing guidelines dictate that mat and spring wall class will remain virtual until government guidelines change.

Virtual options for all classes, gyms and 1-2-1's will remain as long as they are required.

The studio will operate a teacher bubble system. This means that if you wish to attend more than 1 studio session a week, you book with the same teacher. This will help protect the studio from cross-contamination should the situation arise.

Before Arrival:

Go before you go

  • Arrive in your Pilates kit (Clothes, socks).

  • Bring a bag to put your shoes/ phone/keys, belonging in.

  • Please bring a towel.

  • Please bring your own water bottle.

On Arrival:

  • Only clients booked into class will be allowed in the studio.

  • Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your class starts.

  • Sanitise your hands and wait for your teacher in the waiting area.

  • Your Teacher will collect you from the waiting area and direct you to your equipment.

  • Late arriving clients cannot be excepted into class.

In the Studio:

  • Your teacher will direct you to your equipment and direct you as to where your bag can go.

  • Your teacher will inform you of the do's and don'ts during class.

  • You will be assigned specific equipment that will only be used by yourself.

  • At the end of the class you will be asked to wipe down the equipment that you have used.

  • Where social distancing is not possible the teacher will wear a mask or visor.

  • Clients are not required to wear masks during class.

  • The toilets are there to be used if needed.

When Leaving the studio:

  • At the end of class, collect your belongings and ready yourself to leave

  • Please leave directly after class by using the door at the bottom of the stairs.

  • Please do not re-enter the studio after class.

Cleaning Procedures:

Between sessions, the teachers will disinfect all equipment. In order to keep ventilation levels high, the windows may be open for longer periods of time so you may wish to dress accordingly.

Government guidelines dictate that there must be 10 minutes between classes, therefore all classes will be limited to 50 minutes. The studio is required to keep on file all attendees for a 28 day period. This is to support the track and trace programme should it become necessary. The studio will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of each day. To keep the number of people in the studio limited, classes have been scheduled to keep the number of clients on sight as low as possible.

Chapel Allerton Pilates is very excited to welcome you back into the studio, providing the safest and healthiest environment.
