1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions are suitable for clients with injuries, ailments or those who just want personal instruction.
 

A 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 will provide you with a deep instructional session in which specific areas of development or rehabilitation will be focused on. A 1-2-1 session can be mat or apparatus based. An initial 1-2-1 session will include a full movement screening.
